This book is the product of a research project carried out by members of the Academic Advisory Group (AAG) of the International Bar Association’s Section on Energy, Environment, Resources and Infrastructure Law. It is the eighth in a series of AAG books published by OUP. The AAG has included UCalgary Law faculty members since its establishment in 1981.
