The Charbonneau Trainee Association (CTA) is proud to offer the Charbonneau Mentorship Program, a peer-run mentorship program for Charbonneau graduate students and postdocs with matching taking place every September and January.
The goals of the Charbonneau Mentorship Program are:
- To help connect trainees with shared lived experiences
- To help new graduate students succeed during graduate school
- To provide senior trainees with mentoring and communication skills
- To build upon the community within the Charbonneau Cancer Institute
