Professor co-authors chapter for water policy and planning book

Professor Nigel Bankes is the co-author of a chapter in the new book Water Policy and Planning in a Variable and Changing Climate. The chapter, "The Columbia River Treaty and the Dynamics of Transboundary Water Negotiations in a Changing Environment: How Might Climate Change Alter the Game?" was co-authored with Barbara Cosens, Alexander Fremier, and John Abatzoglou.
