Professor published in McGill International Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy

Professor Shaun Fluker has published an article in the current issue of the McGill International Journal of Sustainable Development Law and Policy that engages in a comparative legal and policy analysis of carbon emission trading systems in Canada and New Zealand.  The article is “A Comparison of Carbon Emission Trading Systems in New Zealand and Canada: Diversity is Not a Virtue in Carbon Law and Policy” (2015) 11:2 JSDLP 217.
