Professor Fenner Stewart has published the chapter "A History of Canadian Corporate Law: A Divergent Path from the American Model?" in the Research Handbook on the History of Corporate and Company Law, which examines the historical development of corporation and business organization law in the Americas, Europe, and Asia from the ancient world to modern times.
