Please note: If you have submitted or plan to submit an abstract to present, you must also register to attend the symposium by clicking here.


Submission instructions:

  1. Include the title of your abstract, followed by authors and affiliations (department, institution, province/state, country) at the top of the abstract. Underline the name of the presenting author
  2. Text of the abstract must be 250 words or less
  3. Use Calibri 12pt font, single-spaced, saved in Word (.doc)
  4. Submit by uploading your document through the link below
  5. If you do not know how to answer a question, write "unknown"
